Position Summary:

General Responsibility:
Acts as resource for Patient Care Assistants, Unit Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurses, RN, Monitor Technicians.
Addresses all patient/family or physician concerns immediately in a competent and professional manner.
Assists in collection of PI data.
Assists in identification of quality issues.
Keeps Unit Director/Supervisor informed of unique situations, work flow and customer relations issues.
Assists in developing agenda and facilitating staff meetings.

Requirements:
Must have FL RN,BLS, ACLS and 1-3 years Tele/Charge experience in an acute care facility.
|
